Thank you for submitting your Membership Application! We appreciate your interest. 

Next Steps:

A membership officer will be in touch shortly.  At that time you will be required to submit some additional information:

• Your Social Security Number
• Your date of birth
• Your driver's license number

Upon mutual agreement to proceed with membership process, a meeting will be scheduled with you and the Membership Committee.  You will also be required to submit:

• A copy of your driver's license
• Authorization for a Criminal Background check
• If applying to the Fire Company, a Medical Examination as provided by your own physician
• If you are under 18 years of age, you will also be required to submit parental approval in the form of a letter and a meeting with your parents and the membership committee.
