Completed the Form below
Drivers License
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Medical Examination (For Fire Company only. As provided by your physician. Cost will be borne by the NVVFD)
Criminal Back Ground Check Authorization on the 2nd page of the NVVFD Membership Application
If joining as a junior member (under 18 years of age) you must submit parental approval in the form of a letter and a meeting with your parents and the membership committee.

NVVFD FUND

We are an all volunteer organization, completely dependent on donations and fund raisers. Unlike many Fire and First Aid organizations, we receive no funding from the municipal tax base and we never charge for our services. All donations are greatly appreciated and put to use providing emergency care for the people of New Vernon -- those who live here, those who work here and those passing through.
